Abstract

Identifikasi terhadap minat karier dilakukan secara bertahap, yakni teoritis dan penerapan. Adapun fokus tahapan tersebut pada struktur dan pengembangan bakat dan minat karier yakni realistik dan investigasi. Untuk itu diadakan tes minat karier ini berfokus pada aspek realistik dan investigatif. Hal ini dimaksudkan bahwa kecenderungan siswa SMP Bilingual Terpadu memiliki kepribadian yang mandiri dan kuat dalam motorik. Adapun tahapannya sebagai berikut, 1) observasi terkait bakat dan minat karier siswa di SMP Bilingual Terpadu, 2) merumuskan tujuan, tema kegiatan, dan menganalisis bakat dan minat karier siswa, 3) memberikan tes bakat dan minat karier melalui tes bakat dan minat karier Holland, dan 4) langkah evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Hasilnya tes bakat dan minat karier memiliki kecenderungan pada siswa perempuan memiliki tipe investigatif dengan nilai sebesar 33 persen. Pada siswa laki-laki memiliki kecenderungan pada tipe realistik dengan nilai sebesar 25 persen. Sehingga, hasil ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan siswa dalam memiliki sikap positif dan rasa hormat terhadap semua jenis pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan untuk berfungsinya masyarakat dengan baik di masa mendatang.
