Abstract

Literasi matematika sangat penting dimiliki siswa dalam menghadapi perkembangan abad 21. Self-efficacy merupakan salah satu faktor psikologi yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan literasi matematika siswa dengan self-efficacy tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif.  Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV dengan self-efficacy tinggi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket, soal, serta wawancara. Analisis data untuk menentukan self-efficacy yaitu penskoran dan predikat, sedangkan dalam menganalisis hasil soal menggunakan kriteria level lima. Keabsahan data dengan triangulasi metode. Subjek penelitian ini adalah S12 merupakan siswa berkategori self-efficacy tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan literasi matematika sangat kurang, siswa sangat kurang dalam tahap pembuatan kesimpulan namun untuk selebihnya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa kemampuan literasi seseorang tidak dapat ditentukan melalui self-efficacy.
